Orders are shipped via DHL, Fedex, UPS or TNT depending on the shipping address.

As items may be sourced from different places, delivery times may vary.

SHIPPING FEES

we keep our shipping fees to a minimum so that you get more bang for your buck! Therefore, we are happy to inform you that we provide Free Worldwide Express Shipping on all orders across the globe!

If you also require insurance, we also offer Express Insured Shipping at a top-up of US$29.99.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders will be dispatched within 3-5 working days after payment has been made.

Our warehouse operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, and are closed during national holidays. During these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

The status of order can be found under Order History. A confirmation email of your order will also be sent to you upon successful check out.

Once your order has shipped, we will send you another email with your tracking information or click here to track your order.

If you do not receive tracking confirmation after 5 business days from the day you completed your payment, please contact us at support@just4kick.com for more information.

NOTE: It may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to activate once the “Order Shipped” email has been sent.

MISSED DELIVERY

If we fail to reach you at your specified shipping address, our delivery provider will leave you a message or give you a call.

Alternatively they’ll leave a card confirming that they’ve either left it with a neighbor, left it in a safe place, when they will try to re-deliver or give you details on how to collect it.

CUSTOMS & REGULATIONS

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific destination or region.

DUTIES & TAXES

We will not be responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

REFUNDS / CANCELLATION OF ORDER

We regret to inform you that we do not allow any refunds or cancellation of orders after payment has been made. 😔

However, we uphold a flexible 30-day goods exchange policy for ALL our beloved customers.

We will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 30 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition.

Return shipping of $49.99 USD will have to be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.

MISSING ITEM

We apologise for any missing item from your order.

  • Check your emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.
  • If your order has been sent in different parcels then each delivery note will tell you the items you can expect to find inside. Please check the delivery notes from each part of your order to make sure you’re not missing anything.
  • You can also check if your order has been split into more than parcel by logging into ‘My Account’ and checking my orders.

If there is indeed an item missing after checking the above, please contact us and include the following information:

  • The order number
  • The missing item’s name and number

We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.

FAULTY/INCORRECT ITEM

After checking that all the above listed are present, please contact us and include the following information:
  • The order number
  • The faulty item’s name and number
  • A description of the fault
  • A visual representation (pictures or videos) of the fault

We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

We’re really sorry if you’ve received an email saying one or more of the items you’ve ordered is out of stock. 😔

When this happens, it means we thought we had stock of the item when you placed the order. However, when we went to pack your order up we realized we didn’t have the item available anymore.

We will cancel and refund the item even if your order was confirmed. You will then receive an email notification upon cancellation.
